What are the most important things you learned from your mother?

The most important lessons from my mother were a result of things she didn’t do rather than things she overtly taught me. Here are the top two:

  1. I am in control of my own destiny.
  2. It is important to care for, guide, and support your children, or they will have a very difficult time building a solid personal and financial future for themselves.

I do trust all of the ideas you’ve presented on your post. They are very convincing and can certainly work. Still, the posts are very quick for beginners. Could you please extend them a little from subsequent time? Thank you for the post.

  2. Marilyn,
I’m not sure I understand what you are asking. I am answering one question per day out of a book called “The Story of a lifetime – A keepsake of personal Memoirs.” Some of the questions ask very specific things. I want to make sure and be as focused as possible for each question, and state only the things I can remember rather than embellishing any of the answers. Thanks for reading my posts; I sincerely hope this helps.
